Privacy notice

Your data, plainly explained

Version 2026-10-11. This notice covers this website and its forms. It describes what the site actually does today.

Who we are

VICRUX PRIVATE LIMITED (“ViCruX”, “we”), Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Contact: contact@nebularissci.uk.

What we collect, and why

We only collect personal data when you submit one of our forms:

  • Nebularis chat waitlist — name, email, optional role. Used to invite you when chat access opens.
  • Frontier Access application — name, email, optional role, and your mission statement. Used to review your application and contact you.
  • Research bundle updates — name, email, the bundle you chose. Used to tell you when that bundle launches.
  • Contact form — name, email, topic and message. Used to reply to you.

With each submission we also store the date and time, the version of this notice you agreed to, and whether you opted in to occasional news. We process your details on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the box.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent your personal data.
  • We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not set our own cookies.
  • We do not store your IP address in our database.

Security and abuse prevention

To limit spam, we count submissions per connection. Your IP address is converted into a one-way, salted hash for this count; the raw address is not stored. These counters are replaced every ten minutes and deleted within about a day.

We may use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused check that helps tell people from bots, on our forms. When we receive a new submission, our team may get an internal alert that says only which form was used and when — never your name, email or message.

Where your data is stored

Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated for us by Cloudflare, Inc., which also hosts and protects this website. Cloudflare may process data on servers outside India. Cloudflare may also set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from attacks.

Third-party services

  • Google Fonts — your browser downloads fonts from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details when it does.
  • External links — links to NASA, PubChem and other sources open their own websites, which have their own privacy policies.

On your device

The website remembers in your browser's session storage that you have seen the short intro, so it does not repeat. This is cleared when you close the tab and is never sent to us.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions only as long as needed for the purpose you gave them for — for example, until a waitlist or cohort programme ends — and review them at least once a year. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

An earlier version of this website collected early-access registrations (name, email, role and mission) without a separate consent record. Those entries remain stored securely and are not used for marketing. If you registered before 2026-10-11 and want your entry deleted, email us.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing contact@nebularissci.uk from the address you used. We will respond within a reasonable time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before.

Children

This website and its forms are intended for adults. Please do not submit a form if you are under 18.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this notice and its version date.
